NYSERDA is offering grand prizes of $8,000,000.00 each for projects that accelerate the electrification of medium and heavy-duty vehicles and reduce air pollution in New York State. This is a valuable opportunity for all GreenPower models.

Timeline
Registration Deadline: July 22nd, 2021 at 3PM ET.
Proposal Deadline: August 26th, 2021 at 3PM ET.
Eligible Projects
Repeatable solutions that accelerate class 3-8 EVs in NYS while supporting cost reduction and improved infrastructure.
Please note that projects with “a sole focus on vehicle or fleet replacement” are not eligible.
Eligible Location
NYS communities served by the following electric utilities: Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Con Edison, National Grid, New York State Electric & Gas, Orange and Rockland, and Rochester Gas and Electric.
Proposals must focus efforts and demonstrate emissions reductions in at least 1 disadvantaged community.

The formation of teams is encouraged. All teams must identify a Principal Organization to receive the award. The following applicant types are eligible to apply as Principal Organizations:
