The New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP) offers voucher funding to New York-operated fleets who scrap an old diesel vehicle (engine model year 1992 – 2009) and replace it with an all-electric vehicle. The program accepts voucher requests on an ongoing basis.
OEMs are responsible for submitting voucher requests and providing point-of-sale discounts to purchasers. The estimated voucher amounts are as follows.
