GreenPower Announces Appointment of Seasoned Transit Veteran

Vancouver, Canada July 3, 2015 – GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (TSXV: GPV and OTCQB: GPVRF) (“GreenPower” or the “Company”), announces the appointment of Mark Quinlan as Executive Vice-President of Sales for the West Coast of the United States, which will cover the States of California, Oregon and Washington. Mark will play a key role in driving the sales strategy to generate demand and achieve revenue objectives for GreenPower’s products.

Mark has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience including ten years in the transportation sector in the Pacific Northwest. Mark has been a guest speaker at transportation events, led bids and contracts and has experience with a broad range of buses utilizing alternative energy.
