GreenPower Announces Grant of Stock Options
Vancouver, Canada – December 22, 2017 – GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (TSXV:GPV OTCQX:GPVRF) (the “Company”), announces that the Company has granted an aggregate of 260,000 incentive stock options including 100,000 incentive stock options to Brendan Riley, the President of the Company and 160,000 incentive stock options to a consultant and employees pursuant to contractual obligations. The stock options are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.45 and vest as to 25% four months after the grant date, 25% one year after the grant date, 25% two years after the grant date and 25% three years after the grant date.
