As of December 31, 2024, GreenPower has an operating demand loan for up to $6.2 million to fund working capital and interest-bearing debt of $7.5 million with maturities ranging from within 12 months to over 2 years.
As of December 31, 2024, working capital was $12.8 million including $28.2 million of inventory.
In 2024 GreenPower secured a revolving loan facility from EDC, for up to $5 million to finance production, with $1.2 million available to be drawn as at December 31, 2024.
