Vice President of Business Development and Strategy
Mark Nestlen serves as the Director of Business Development and Strategy for GreenPower where he concentrates on the company’s manufacturing expansion plans throughout the country.
As President & CEO of Bar None Consulting, Mr. Nestlen also currently consults on transportation matters for rural transit agencies and other community service matters for non-profit entities as well as marketing efforts for his clients. He has spent nearly 40 years in the public policy arena representing a range of interests including the Oklahoma Transit Association, the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma, the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, the American Soybean Association and the National Grange.
